Ashley Hughes-Jefferson Consulting LLC is recruiting an experienced Senior Finance ERP Solutions Specialist for a hybrid opportunity supporting enterprise financial systems, ERP implementations, solution architecture, and finance technology operations. This is a techno-functional position requiring a professional who can successfully bridge finance, business, and technology. Candidates should be comfortable discussing complex technical solutions with both engineering teams and senior business/C-suite stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Lead and support enterprise finance/ERP solution implementations Translate finance and business requirements into technical solutions, user stories, and acceptance criteria Design end-to-end solutions using Certinia ERP/PSA capabilities Conduct fit-gap analyses and evaluate functionality, implementation risks, and complexity Design and oversee API and data integrations Support application architecture, administration, configuration, and enhancements Troubleshoot complex financial application and integration issues Serve as a subject-matter expert for finance technology solutions Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and change-management activities Develop technical and business documentation Support user training and technology adoption Collaborate with finance, technology, business, and external vendor teams Ensure solutions comply with applicable IT controls and security requirements Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field Approximately 5+ years of relevant professional experience 3 4+ years of hands-on experience with Certinia PSA, Certinia Accounting, or related ERP solutions Salesforce platform experience Experience participating in multiple finance/ERP implementations Strong enterprise finance and accounting-process knowledge Experience with revenue recognition, billing, WIP, time entry, backlog reporting, and month-end financial processes Experience working in Agile environments such as Scrum or SAFe Familiarity with ServiceNow, Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar delivery tools Strong techno-functional analysis and troubleshooting capabilities Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical and executive stakeholders Preferred Experience Certinia ERP/PSA solution architecture Project accounting Resource management Financial management Time and expense management Billing Multi-currency environments Project economics API and data integrations Coaching or mentoring administrators and analysts Working with external technology partners and vendors Location & Work Arrangement This is a hybrid opportunity requiring approximately 3 days per week in the office and 2 days remote.
