Our mission is to replace traditional copper interconnects with advanced fiber-optic technologies that overcome the limitations of existing optics solutions and architectures.

The Supply Chain Scheduler is responsible for coordinating and optimizing the flow of materials, components, and finished goods across the supply chain to ensure on-time delivery to vendors, contract manufacturers, and internal stakeholders. This role sits at the intersection of procurement, logistics, and operations, serving as the central point of control for material timing and sequencing. Note: This is a contract position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain master material schedules aligned with production plans, demand forecasts, and vendor lead times
  • Coordinate inbound and outbound material flow across multiple vendors, CMs, and distribution points
  • Monitor purchase orders, work orders, and shipment status; proactively identify and resolve schedule conflicts or delays
  • Communicate schedule changes to procurement, logistics, and vendor partners with clear lead time
  • Manage buffer inventory levels and safety stock to absorb supply chain variability
  • Drive escalations when material availability threatens production or delivery commitments
  • Maintain scheduling data in ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.)
  • Partner with procurement on supplier capacity and lead time negotiations

Qualifications

  • 5-10 years in supply chain, materials planning, or operations roles
  • Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems; advanced Excel or planning tools
  • Strong understanding of lead times, MOQs, safety stock, and capacity constraints
  • Experience in semiconductor/electronics required, multi-die packging preferred
  • Excellent cross-functional communication skills
