Join Le Collectionist, a luxury holiday home rental company, as a Resort Manager Deputy in Lisbon. In this critical role, you will oversee operations, manage the villa portfolio, and ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction. You will also contribute to strategy, manage the villa portfolio, prepare for the season, and oversee guest experience and in-season operations. The ideal candidate has 2-3 years of experience in luxury hospitality, strong customer service skills, and fluency in English.

2 to 3 years of experience in luxury hospitality, operations management, or high-end concierge.
Strong customer service mindset.
Hands-on leadership and excellent organisational skills.
Familiarity with CRM tools.
Fluency in English; French and Portuguese are a plus.
Based in Lisboa

Key missions
