In this role, you will be the first line of defense against merchant risk, analyzing merchant activity and behavior to identify risky situations. You will investigate unusual situations and make decisions to protect Alma, its partners, and consumers. Key responsibilities include monitoring and assessing merchant risk, investigating and managing alerts, reporting and improving risk processes, and collaborating across teams. Ideal candidates should have a keen eye for detail, an analytical mindset, and a strong interest in e-commerce, fintech, and fraud prevention.
