As an Automotive Technical Support Engineer, you will provide first-line technical support to Italian dealerships and workshops, investigate technical cases, and collaborate with international colleagues. About the role
You will do best in this role, if you have:
- Fluent/professional Italian (written and spoken) and strong professional English.
- No automotive background yet? That's fine. We're happy to consider profiles with genuine passion and curiosity for cars and technology, willingness to learn (full technical training is provided).
- Hands-on experience: workshop, dealership or automotive diagnostics background.
- Comfortable using diagnostic tools and ticketing systems.
- An analytical, self-sufficient mindset and the ability to work well under pressure.
- A technical degree or EV/HV certification (e.g. HV EV Specialist, IMI Level 4) is an advantage but not mandatory.
