Join our team as a Center Quality Specialist, where you will be responsible for performing donor record file reviews, equipment quality control reviews, and reviewing medical reports and communication. You will also assist the Manager of Quality Assurance with compliance of all state and federal regulations, and perform weekly employee observations. This position requires strong verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with computers.
Key missions
- Perform donor record file review, equipment quality control review, and review medical reports and communication.
- Conduct root cause analysis for deviations and customer complaints, specifically in how they relate to the safety of the donor and the quality of the product.
- Assist the Manager of Quality Assurance with compliance of all state and federal regulations, FDA-approved Standard Operating Procedure Manual, Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments (CLIA), Current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP), Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), and internal company procedures.
