What We’re Looking For (Required Qualifications) To join our team and hit the ground running, you must meet the following criteria: • Physical Stamina: Able to be on your feet for long periods of time and comfortably perform repetitive movements with your hands. • Lifting Capability: Able to safely lift up to 50 lbs (handled rarely, and with the support of team members, carts, and dollies). • Reliability & Attitude: A highly motivated fast learner who is a dependable team player and possesses strong communication habits. • Basic Tech Skills: Comfortable with basic data entry, note-taking, and navigating Microsoft Office too What You’ll Do • Material Spraying: Prepare and spray liquid coatings onto sheets of manufacturing materials using automated equipment. • Product Packaging: Carefully pack finalized sheets of material into shipping boxes. • Material Handling: Move packed boxes and supplies utilizing carts, dollies, and a collaborative buddy system. • Basic Record Keeping: Utilize basic computer skills and Microsoft Office to input essential production numbers and take clear process notes. • Safety & PPE: Work safely around materials by wearing required protective gear, including a lab coat, safety glasses, gloves, hearing protection, and steel-toed shoes.
