They provide innovative and practical legal advice to a broad range of real estate industry participants in all types of real estate transactions, including acquisition, development, financing, ownership, leasing, and operation. Submissions must include a resume and law school transcript(s). The viable candidate must be: Must have 4-6 years of law firm experience in acquisitions and dispositions, construction and permanent financings representing lenders and borrowers, joint ventures. Must have experience with portfolio transactions, REITs and real estate funds. Must have experience in equity joint venture investments, structuring, and entity formation. Candidate is familiar with transactions involving all principal asset types residential, industrial, office, retail, hospitality, and land. Candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills and have the ability to attentively listen, actively engage, and concisely and effectively communicate complex matters in oral and written form. You have a strong work ethic, team orientation, and an interest in taking on increased levels of responsibility on client matters. Must have strong academic credentials.
