A client of RonInfoTech Solutions is immediately hiring for a CNC Machine Maintenance Mechanic in Franklin, MA As a CNC Machine Maintenance Mechanic, you will be: • Maintenance & Repair: Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on a diverse mix of CNC machining equipment (5 axis milling machines, EDMs, Laser Swiss, CNC lathes, motion control systems, ovens, stamping machines, etc.). • Troubleshooting: Analyze, troubleshoot, and repair CNC electro mechanical control systems down to the component level; document work performed and determine root causes. • Predictive Monitoring: Detect machine abnormalities using real time data (servo load, temperature, vibration, acoustics) to improve predictive maintenance and reduce breakdowns. • Collaboration: Work closely with engineering to resolve complex problems quickly and identify improvements in preventive maintenance instructions and machine design. • Compliance: Adhere to FDA quality system regulations, ISO13485, ISO9001, and ISO14001 standards. • Additional Duties: Tank cleanout, TPM light repairs, and support facility emergencies when required. Position is full time contract (5 6 months with possible extension) Ideal candidate should have: • 3 5 years of experience maintaining and troubleshooting CNC machine shop equipment. • Ability to read and interpret schematics, drawings, and performance specifications. • Hands on experience programming and operating CNC equipment to verify repairs. • Proficiency with Fanuc, Mitsubishi, Heidenhain, and Mazatrol CNC controllers. • Experience troubleshooting PLC and servo drive hardware/software. • Preferred background with multiple CNC manufacturers (Mazak, KERN, Tsugami, EuroTech, Rofin, Fanuc EDM, Maier, Citizen). • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office), ability to write detailed repair reports. • Forklift operation and use of power/hand tools. • Associates degree or technical certification in advanced manufacturing preferred. • Physical ability to lift 50 lbs, climb ladders, work in confined spaces, and sustain attendance guidelines. • Commitment to safety, environmental compliance, and professional collaboration.
