You will be the go-to person for end-user technology supporting, troubleshooting, and managing the devices and systems our people rely on daily, from configuring laptops to sorting software hiccups to keeping hardware humming along. You will work closely with the wider IT team to bring end-user systems and solutions to life. This role is based at our Port Botany Terminal.
