Bachelors in Business, Computer Science or related fields
Strong proficiency in English language (written and verbal)
Experience as a Business / Functional / Data Analyst or similar role creating functional business requirements
Proven consulting expertise
Experience in JIRA and Confluence in and Agile environment
Experience in eCommerce Platforms (SAP Commerce preferred)

Participate and contribute to interactive group workshops and requirements sessions to identify strategic drivers and develop required use cases, functional and technical requirements.
Provide business solution domain expertise including the functional use of the platforms in play, the various administrative tooling and the foundational feature set.
Develop functional requirements documentation in the form of user stories, process flows, data mapping, data modeling and user acceptance criteria.
Provide oversight, functional expertise and guidance on requirements to support QA.
Proactively identify, and escalate where needed, changes in agreed upon project scope.
Management of the project team collaboration space (Confluence) and issue/task management system (Jira).
Work with team members to maximize the value of these systems and set a good example in their use.
