We’re looking for versatile builder-operators who can dive into any part of the business, bringing clarity to complexity, and moving initiatives across the finish line.

Responsibilities

  • Turn strategy into execution: Translate high-level priorities into concrete plans and hands-on delivery.
  • Own high-impact initiatives end-to-end: Lead strategic projects across Aspire’s core platforms from definition through launch and optimization.
  • Architect for scale: Design processes and operating models that support reliable global growth.
  • Optimize business performance: Develop commercial models, pricing approaches, and program structures that improve margins and efficiency.
  • Strengthen strategic partnerships: Work with global financial institutions and infrastructure partners to ensure long-term reliability.
  • Launch new capabilities: Navigate regulatory, operational, and partnership requirements to introduce new products and markets
  • Drive cross-functional alignment: Partner with Product, Engineering, Risk, Finance, and Sales to move complex initiatives forward quickly.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 8+ years’ experience in high-accountability, fast-moving environments.
  • Strong operating pedigree: experience in top-tier consulting or a high-growth tech/startup environment; exposure to both is a strong plus.
  • Execution Excellence: Proven ability to personally drive execution, not just recommend solutions.
  • The S&O DNA: Strong structuring, judgment, and prioritisation skills with a clear bias for action.
  • Academic Achievement: Strong academic track record from a leading university.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Payments or Fintech platform growth, across multiple markets
  • API-led platforms, embedded finance, or finance operating systems exposure
