Our requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or highly related field;
- Proven commercial experience as an AI/ML Engineer with a strong focus on Generative AI and LLM orchestration or serving tools;
- Mandatory, hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs);
- Practical knowledge of industrial technologies used to build agentic workflows and systems;
Nice to have: Experience with VLLMs, classic Deep Learning, and standard Machine Learning frameworks;
Huge plus: Published research papers in the field of Generative AI;
Huge plus: Proven record of building backend or frontend for agentic solution.
