ServiceNow Solution Leadership

Lead end-to-end ServiceNow implementation programs across organizations
Act as Solution Architect and technical authority for platform design decisions
Establish platform governance, architecture standards, security controls, and development practices
Drive enterprise adoption of ServiceNow capabilities and platform optimization initiatives

Workplace Service Delivery
AI & Automation Capabilities
Lead greenfield implementations, platform consolidations, migrations, and modernization programs.
Define scalable architecture based on ServiceNow best practices and CSDM standards.
