Proven experience of 6+ years in automated software testing within complex enterprise environments
Strong understanding of QA methodology, including test planning, test design, test execution, defect management, regression testing, and continuous quality improvement
Hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining automated test scripts and frameworks
Strong proficiency in Java 17+, object-oriented programming, Clean Code principles, and POJO-based design patterns
Practical experience with RESTAssured, JUnit 5, and Lombok for API test automation
Solid knowledge of REST architecture, HTTP methods, status codes, JSON/XML payloads, and SOAP/WSDL contracts
Strong experience in REST and SOAP API testing, integration testing, backend services, and data distribution processes
Hands-on experience with test reporting tools, particularly Allure
Good experience in SQL and database testing, including data validation and backend process verification
Practical experience in testing integration solutions, asynchronous flows, Kafka-based integrations, data pipelines, and event-driven architecture
Experience with qTest and Jira for test management and defect tracking
Strong Git skills, including branching strategies, pull request workflows, code reviews, and conflict resolution
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated test execution using Jenkins and/or Bamboo
Good understanding of Agile ways of working and Scrum ceremonies
Excellent English communication skills
Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
Proactive mindset and willingness to contribute to an Automation First approach
Experience in preparing test evidence, automation reporting, and test coverage documentation
Ability to mentor and support less experienced team members
Experience with AI-assisted testing and GitHub Copilot usage in test automation
