- At least 7 years of commercial experience in software testing and quality assurance
- Strong knowledge of testing techniques and quality assurance best practices
- Hands-on experience with mobile, API, and UI testing
- Experience creating and maintaining test strategies and test plans
- Experience working directly with clients and business stakeholders
- Ability to define testing scope, assess quality risks, and recommend mitigation actions
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Programming experience in Java, JavaScript, or Python
- Experience with test automation frameworks and tools
- Strong understanding of SDLC, QA methodologies, and Agile development practices
- Experience with Git Experience with JIRA and test management tools
- Experience creating test documentation, reports, and quality metrics
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of quality decisions
- Experience mentoring junior team members
- Fluent English and Polish
