Join Our Team as a Business Development Representative (RSU02ST RM 4234) Experience: 0 - 2 Years Location: Austin, Texas (In-Office Daily from 7:00 AM 4:00 PM) Notice Period: 0 - 30 days Job Type: Full Time Apply by mailing to : Key Responsibilities: • Client Acquisition & Outbound Sales: Identify, prospect, cold-call, and qualify potential small and medium-sized business (SMB) accounts to drive new business growth. • Account Management & Growth: Manage, nurture, and scale a dedicated customer portfolio by delivering exceptional customer service and upselling comprehensive freight/logistics solutions. • 3PL & Platform Mastery: Complete immersive classroom training and 1-on-1 mentorship to master proprietary logistics platforms, brokerage operations, and end-to-end freight cycles. • Negotiation & Pipeline Management: Collaborate with sales leaders to sharpen negotiation strategies, execute high-volume outbound calling campaigns, and close contracts. • Leadership & Career Progression: Work toward building an independent book of business, achieving milestone bonuses, and qualifying for a mentee to expand your sales pod. Required Skills & Expertise: • Core Technical: Inside Sales, B2B Lead Generation, Cold Calling, Account Management, Pipeline Management, Freight Brokerage, Third-Party Logistics (3PL), and CRM Platforms. • Domain & Market Mastery: 0 to 2 years of professional experience with a passion for high-energy inside sales, client prospecting, and relationship building. • Data Engineering & Architecture: Strong understanding of sales funnel conversion metrics, customer acquisition cost dynamics, multi-modal freight rate structures, and pipeline forecasting.
