Minimum 5 years of proven Project Management experience in Agile environments
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
Experience working with CRM systems particularly Salesforce, and related business processes
Ability to work independently and lead teams with limited supervision
Strong ownership mindset and accountability for project outcomes
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships across functions
Curiosity, critical thinking, and willingness to challenge assumptions
Reliability and flexibility in a dynamic environment

Advanced level of English

Knowledge and experience in Change Management
Experience supporting marketing-related projects, including global rollouts and after-sales service support
Previous experience in a large multinational matrix organization
