Your skills and experience

AI & Agentic Systems: Strong hands-on experience with AI/ML systems, especially Large Language Models, NLP, and agent-based architectures, including real-world implementation of AI-driven solutions and business process integration.
LLMs & Advanced AI Methods: Deep understanding of LLM capabilities and limitations, including prompt engineering, fine-tuning, self-hosted models, and explainable AI approaches.
RAG & Data Architectures: Experience in building Retrieval-Augmented Generation systems and integrating structured and unstructured data into scalable, knowledge-driven architectures.
Cloud & Platform Engineering: Strong experience designing AI solutions on cloud platforms, especially Microsoft Azure, including AI/ML services, data architectures, and production-grade system design.
Engineering & DevOps: Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools such as Jenkins or Bitbucket, combined with strong programming skills in Python and/or Java. Experience with SAP is huge advantage.
Mindset, Communication & Languages: Senior-level, structured and self-driven working style with a pragmatic, prototype-first approach and strong ownership. Ability to explain complex AI concepts clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders. English is required, German is a strong advantage with supported learning opportunities.
