Blockchain and stock exchange knowledge
Proven experience in Requirements Engineering, or a related role within fintech or blockchain sector Requirements Management
A degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
Strong understanding of trading platforms, digital assets, and financial market regulations. DLT technologies and their applications is a plus.
Proficiency in eliciting, documenting, and validating requirements using structured methodologies.
Hands-on experience with agile development frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and tools like JIRA, Confluence.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
Strong communication skills, able to bridge technical and business perspectives effectively.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
