5+ years of experience in Business/System Analysis, ideally within Data, Analytics, or AI projects
Proven track record in finance‑related or controlling projects
Strong proficiency in data analysis, data modeling, and translating business needs into technical requirements
Experience working closely with business stakeholders and delivery/engineering teams
Ability to define and document business requirements, system specifications, and solution designs
Solid understanding of architectural models, data flows, and business process diagrams
Knowledge Power BI and Excel
