- At least 3 years of experience supporting Salesforce Marketing Cloud in a production environment
- Hands-on experience with SQL for reporting, tracking, analysis, and investigations
- Strong knowledge of building and supporting CloudPages, along with scripting in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AMPscript, and SSJS
- Practical understanding of email and SMS execution and troubleshooting, including delivery investigations
- Solid operational discipline, including ticket handling and effective communication under time pressure
- Advanced level of English
- Ability to visit the office up to six times per month in either Kraków or Warsaw
