ROLE SUMMARY
The Store Manager will lead their team to optimize store operations by driving sales, delivering exceptional customer service, implementing effective visual merchandising, and fostering employee motivation and retention, all while adhering to company standards. The main KPIs for the Store Manager will include sales, stock optimization, product availability and minimizing known and unknown inventory loss. Additionally, the role involves implementing action plans for continuous improvement.

ROLE PROFILE

  • Manage overall store operations, ensuring compliance with company SOPs, merchandising standards, hygiene, and safety requirements.
  • Drive store sales performance and achieve revenue targets while maintaining high operational efficiency.
  • Oversee stock management, including inventory control, replenishment, stock rotation, merchandise availability, and loss prevention.
  • Ensure accurate cash handling and cash counter operations, maintaining integrity in all financial transactions.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by resolving complaints, addressing customer needs, and supporting retention initiatives.
  • Maintain store presentation standards, including planograms, pricing, product displays, and asset maintenance.
  • Lead, coach, and develop store teams through scheduling, task allocation, performance management, training, and succession planning.
  • Ensure adherence to corporate policies and professional standards while fostering a productive, customer-focused work environment.


REQUIREMENTS

  • Accountable for achieving key store performance metrics, including sales revenue, customer satisfaction, inventory management, hygiene standards, and team development.
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role and 4+ years within the retail industry.
  • Strong understanding of retail operations, inventory control, loss prevention, and merchandise quality management.
  • Excellent leadership, people management, coaching, and team development capabilities.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking skills with a results-oriented approach.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken); Arabic language proficiency is an added advantage, supported by strong interpersonal and communication skills.
