Pay Rate: $100.00-$102.87

Job Description: We are seeking a Manager (Lead) AND Sr. Associate with PEX, specifically Workday Help expertise. The WD Self Service Agent (SSA) opportunity is specifically for the HCM ESS/MSS and ESS Policy Intelligence skills. The WD SSA will access knowledge articles to answer user questions.


Responsibilities:
  • The primary responsibility of this role is to architect the Workday Self Service Agent for the specific skills HCM ESS/MSS and ESS Policy Intelligence.
  • This individual is expected to facilitate design sessions and work with our offshore team to execute on the design, test and deploy.
  • Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold the firm's respectful and courteous work environment.
Qualifications:
  • Expertise with assessing existing knowledge articles, creating the knowledge articles, and developing/configuring the security and any other attributes for the WD SSA to access the correct ones.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
  • No certifications required.
