Interview: Phone/Skype Licensing Operations • Licensing knowledge across company products and tools • Support customers through their transition to Sovereign Critical Infrastructure (SCI). • Serve as a front line support for customer licensing issues encountered during migration. • Troubleshoot and resolve customer licensing issues related to product configuration, licensing, and deployment. • Analyze technical information to identify licensing issues and determine appropriate resolution path. • Coordinate with TAC and other technical teams when issues require specialized product expertise. • Own customer Licensing issues through triage, resolution, and closure. • Identify recurring issues and recommend improvements to the migration and customer experience.
