Interview: Phone/Skype Licensing Operations • Licensing knowledge across company products and tools • Educate customers on Sovereign Critical Infrastructure (SCI) requirements, deployment options, and migration considerations. • Assess customer readiness and identify requirements needed for successful migration. • Support customer Smart Account and licensing configuration activities. • Provide guidance on licensing and entitlement requirements. • Work with internal teams to resolve licensing or migration-related issues. • Track customer migration progress and ensure activities are completed successfully. • Document common customer questions and migration challenges to improve the overall process.
