H.M. Brown & Associates, Colorado’s premier automotive brokerage, is seeking an organized, customer-focused Broker Assistant to join our team in Centennial, Colorado.

Starting Pay: $23.00 per hour

Position Overview:

The Broker Assistant provides administrative and customer service support to H.M. Brown’s automotive brokers throughout the vehicle-buying and delivery process. This position helps coordinate customer communication, vehicle documentation, appointments, and other transaction details to ensure an efficient and positive experience.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, responsive, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities while working with customers, brokers, dealerships, lenders, and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to assigned automotive brokers
  • Communicate professionally with customers and provide timely updates throughout the vehicle-buying process
  • Assist with gathering customer, vehicle, financing, trade-in, and transaction information
  • Prepare, organize, review, and track documents for accuracy and completion
  • Maintain accurate customer and transaction information in company systems
  • Coordinate appointments, vehicle showings, paperwork signings, and deliveries
  • Communicate with dealerships, lenders, vendors, and internal departments as needed
  • Assist with vehicle research, inventory inquiries, pricing information, and availability
  • Track outstanding documents and follow up with the appropriate parties
  • Help resolve customer questions or direct them to the appropriate broker or department
  • Maintain the confidentiality of customer, financial, and company information
  • Support additional administrative and operational needs as assigned

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous administrative, sales support, automotive, or customer service experience preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple transactions simultaneously
  • Strong follow-through and a sense of urgency
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office, email, CRM platforms, and other business systems
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
  • Automotive dealership or brokerage experience is helpful but not required
  • Valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record
