As an Infrastructure Services Administrator, you will design, operate, and continuously improve critical infrastructure services across our hybrid IT environment. You will work with various technology teams, security specialists, and business stakeholders worldwide, and act as a Level 3 escalation point for complex infrastructure challenges. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on technical work and taking ownership of infrastructure initiatives.
About the role
- round 5+ years of experience managing complex enterprise infrastructure environments.
- Strong hands-on experience with Azure, Microsoft Entra ID and Microsoft 365.
- Solid knowledge of Active Directory, identity management, authentication and access control.
- Experience with enterprise messaging environments, particularly Exchange Online and SMTP relay services.
- Good understanding of DNS, domain management, LDAP, SSO and network services.
- Strong PowerShell skills and experience working with Microsoft Graph API.
- Experience with Azure governance, security and enterprise cloud environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to investigate complex technical issues.
- Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of technical initiatives.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working in international and cross-functional teams.
- Experience with Azure AD Privileged Identity Management (PIM) and least-privilege principles is a plus.
