RESTORATION SUPERVISOR WATER, FIRE & MITIGATION Full-Time $18.00 $21.00/hour + Overtime, Bonuses & Commission A growing restoration and mitigation company is looking for an experienced, dependable Restoration Supervisor to join our team. If you have experience in water damage restoration, fire and smoke cleanup, demolition, drying, and leading crews, we want to hear from you. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES As a Restoration Supervisor, you will help lead and perform mitigation and restoration projects from start to finish. * Supervise and work alongside restoration technicians * Perform water extraction, demolition, cleanup, and structural drying * Set up, monitor, and remove drying equipment * Assist with fire and smoke damage cleanup * Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites * Communicate professionally with customers and team members * Complete required job documentation * Ensure work is performed according to company procedures and industry standards * Help keep projects on schedule * Perform physical work and some heavy lifting QUALIFICATIONS * Minimum 1 year of restoration/mitigation experience * Valid driver’s license * Ability to pass a background check * High school diploma or GED * Strong communication and leadership skills * Dependable and able to work as part of a team * Basic math and documentation skills * IICRC certifications preferred PAY $18.00 $21.00 per hour, depending on experience, certifications, and qualifications. Because we provide 24/7 emergency restoration services, occasional nights, weekends, holidays, and on-call work may be required. Travel opportunities may also be available for storm-response events.
