As a Client Services Representative, you’ll work directly with individuals and families to answer questions, provide information about available programs, and help ensure they understand the options available to them. Full training and ongoing support are provided. What You’ll Be Doing Connect with clients and respond to questions about available services and programs Provide clear, accurate information based on each client’s needs Review existing options and help clients understand potential solutions Build professional and lasting client relationships Complete follow-ups and assist with outstanding questions Maintain organized and accurate client information Stay informed about program updates, services, and procedures Participate in ongoing training and team development What Will Help You Succeed We’re looking for individuals who are professional, dependable, and comfortable taking initiative. You should be able to manage your responsibilities independently while also contributing to a collaborative team. Ideal candidates will have: Strong verbal and written communication skills A friendly and professional approach to client interactions Ability to build rapport and establish trust Strong organization and time-management skills Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities Positive attitude and willingness to learn Goal-oriented and self-motivated mindset Ability to remain productive in a remote work environment Previous experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, retail, administration, or another client-facing role is helpful, but individuals from other professional backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
