We’re looking for motivated, service-oriented individuals to join a growing remote team supporting working families with their benefit needs.
In this position, you’ll connect with individuals and families to help them understand available life, accident, and supplemental benefit programs. You’ll provide information, answer questions, determine eligibility, and guide members through the enrollment process from the comfort of a virtual environment.
The role is 100% remote, and comprehensive training is provided. Previous industry experience is not required.
What You’ll Do
Connect with individuals who are seeking information about available benefits
Respond to incoming client inquiries by phone and online
Schedule and conduct virtual appointments
Review benefit information and determine eligibility
Learn about each client’s individual needs and priorities
Explain available options in a clear and professional manner
Assist with applications, enrollment forms, and digital documentation
Provide timely follow-up and respond to additional questions
Maintain accurate and organized client records
Develop positive, long-term relationships with the individuals you assist
Participate in ongoing training and professional development
Work closely with experienced team members to stay informed about current programs, procedures, and updates
