We’re expanding our remote team and looking for dependable, motivated individuals who enjoy communicating with people and providing professional support.
In this position, you’ll work with families who are interested in learning more about available life, accident, and supplemental benefit programs. Your role is to understand what each member is looking for, provide clear and accurate information, answer questions, and assist them through the application and enrollment process.
All client interactions are handled virtually, allowing you to work 100% from home. We provide complete training and continued support, so previous industry experience is not necessary.
Your Day-to-Day
Your responsibilities will focus on member communication, virtual appointments, and ongoing client support.
Connect with members who have expressed interest in benefit information
Schedule and conduct appointments by phone or video
Ask questions to understand individual needs and priorities
Present relevant programs and explain how available options work
Answer questions regarding eligibility, coverage, and enrollment
Guide members through applications and electronic documentation
Respond to incoming inquiries and complete scheduled follow-ups
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
Follow established processes and professional service guidelines
Attend training, coaching, and team development sessions
Stay informed about current programs, procedures, and updates
