About the Position
If you’re someone who enjoys conversations, likes helping people make informed decisions, and wants a position where your effort can lead to greater opportunities, this may be a good fit.
We’re adding new representatives to our remote team to support members who are looking for information about their available benefit programs. You’ll serve as a point of contact, helping members understand their options, complete the necessary steps, and get answers to their questions.
Everything is handled virtually, allowing you to work from home while staying connected with members and your team.
New to the industry? That’s completely fine. We’ll teach you the systems, processes, and information you need through structured training and ongoing support.
A Typical Day
Your schedule will primarily revolve around member conversations, virtual appointments, follow-ups, and keeping your client information organized.
You can expect to:
Speak with members by phone and video
Conduct scheduled virtual appointments
Ask questions to better understand individual needs and priorities
Walk members through available benefit options
Explain information clearly and answer questions
Help complete applications and electronic forms
Follow up with members who need additional assistance
Update client records and appointment information
Participate in team meetings, training, and coaching sessions
The goal is simple: make sure every member receives clear information, professional assistance, and a positive experience.
You Don’t Need the Perfect Resume
We’re more interested in how you communicate, how you work, and whether you’re willing to learn.
People who tend to do well in this position are:
Comfortable starting conversations and speaking with new people
Patient and attentive when listening to questions or concerns
Able to explain information without making it unnecessarily complicated
Reliable when it comes to appointments and follow-ups
Organized enough to manage multiple conversations and responsibilities
Comfortable working independently without constant supervision
Willing to learn new software and virtual communication tools
Open to feedback and coaching
Motivated by goals and personal improvement
Backgrounds in customer service, hospitality, retail, administration, sales, or other people-facing positions can transfer well into this role, although previous experience is not required.
Training & Support
You won’t be expected to figure everything out on your own.
New representatives receive structured training to learn the role, followed by continued coaching and mentorship as they gain experience. You’ll also have access to team support, updated resources, and continued development opportunities.
Compensation & Opportunities
The position offers:
Weekly compensation
Performance-based earning opportunities
Residual income potential
Flexible remote work
Ongoing professional training
Individual coaching and mentorship
Performance-based travel incentives

Long-term advancement potential
Where This Can Lead
For individuals looking for growth, the position can develop into much more than an entry-level opportunity.
As you become more experienced, you may have opportunities to mentor newer representatives, assist with team development, take on additional responsibilities, and pursue leadership or management positions.
Advancement is based on development and performance, giving motivated individuals the opportunity to build a long-term career while continuing to grow professionally.
