About this role: The EVP, Global Touring &amp; Live Experiences will build and lead Nova Sky Stories' global touring and ticketed experiences business, transforming today's footprint into a scalable, multi-city, multi-continent operation. This executive will own the business strategy and financial performance while establishing the operating model, developing commercial partnerships, and creating the systems and infrastructure needed to support significant global growth.This is a highly entrepreneurial executive role that combines strategic vision with hands-on execution. Success will require someone equally comfortable setting the long-term direction and personally driving the work needed to get there—from solving complex operational challenges and negotiating partnerships to building processes and launching new markets. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-moving, build-stage environments and is energized by creating something that does not yet fully exist, with the opportunity to build an organization around the business as it scales.As an EVP, Global Touring &amp; Live Experiences, you’ll be responsible for:&nbsp;Business Strategy &amp; GrowthDevelop and execute Nova's long-term strategy for the global touring and live experiences business.Build the financial model, operating plan, and commercial roadmap that will support rapid global expansion.Personally identify, evaluate, and launch new markets, venue opportunities, and strategic partnerships.Partner with executive leadership and the Board to establish the production pipeline that supports long-term business growth.Build the Operating ModelDesign and implement the operational playbook that will become the foundation for Nova's touring business.Create scalable processes, systems, KPIs, and governance that support consistent execution across multiple markets.Establish standards for venue operations, routing, logistics, permitting, technical delivery, and guest experience.Continuously refine the operating model based on lessons learned from live deployments.Commercial PartnershipsLead negotiations with venue partners, promoters, ticketing partners, suppliers, and key commercial stakeholders.Evaluate future ticketing and direct-to-consumer strategies that support long-term business growth.Develop sourcing and procurement strategies that balance scalability, quality, and profitability.Build trusted relationships that position Nova for long-term expansion into new markets.Build the OrganizationInitially lead many strategic and operational initiatives directly while establishing the foundation for future growth.Recruit and build the leadership team as the business scales, creating an organization designed for repeatable success.Foster a culture of ownership, innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.Establish organizational structures and operating rhythms that enable sustainable long-term growth.You’ll need to have:&nbsp;15+ years leading growth within live entertainment, touring productions, experiential events, attractions, sports, festivals, or other large-scale consumer experiences.Demonstrated success launching, scaling, or transforming a business, division, or major operating function.Experience owning a P&amp;L and translating business strategy into operational execution.Proven ability to build organizations, processes, and commercial partnerships from the ground up.Strong commercial negotiation experience with venues, partners, suppliers, or strategic customers.Comfortable operating independently in an evolving environment with limited existing infrastructure.Exceptional strategic thinking combined with a bias toward action and execution.Willingness to travel extensively, both domestically and internationally.It’s a plus if you have:Experience launching or scaling touring entertainment, immersive experiences, or location-based attractions.Knowledge of ticketing platforms, guest experience strategy, and direct-to-consumer business models.Experience working with international venue operations and regulatory environments.Background managing partnerships across entertainment, hospitality, sports, or live events.Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building new businesses and improving operational performance.Strong leadership presence with the ability to balance strategic planning and day-to-day execution.Salary Range: $325,000–$500,000 USDAt Nova Sky Stories, we're building something that has never existed before—and we want our team members to share in that journey.
