Key missions
- Définir la vision technologique globale et orchestrer la stratégie d'ingénierie pour garantir la performance, les SLA et l'évolutivité des systèmes de stockage distribués.
- Gérer et encadrer une hiérarchie de responsables d'ingénierie, de chefs techniques et de contributeurs, en favorisant une culture de bienveillance et d'excellence en ingénierie.
- Collaborer avec les équipes produit et les autres directions techniques pour aligner la production d'ingénierie sur la stratégie commerciale et la mission du cloud souverain.
