As the Finance Manager for Southeast Asia, you will be responsible for finance operations across Indonesia, Singapore, and Malaysia. Your key responsibilities will include managing day-to-day finance operations, overseeing client invoicing, monitoring accounts receivable and payable, leading financial reporting processes, and ensuring tax and regulatory compliance. You should have 8-10 years of finance, tax, and compliance experience, with a strong background in professional services and familiarity with Southeast Asian jurisdictions.
Key missions
- Take full ownership of the administration of the Profit & Loss reporting across the Indonesia, Singapore and Malaysia entities and other financial reports.
- Manage day-to-day finance operations, including project accounting, timesheets, client billings, intercompany billing across the regional entities and vendor payments.
- Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting process, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely submission.
