The Opportunity
If you’re a strong communicator who enjoys helping people and providing solutions, this remote opportunity offers the chance to build those strengths into a rewarding career.
You’ll work directly with individuals and families who have already expressed interest in learning more about their available benefits. There’s no door-to-door prospecting or traditional cold calling. Instead, your role is centered around connecting with clients, understanding what they’re looking for, answering their questions, and helping them make informed decisions about their options.
You’ll receive comprehensive training, ongoing coaching, and continued support to help you develop your skills, gain confidence, and grow professionally.
What You’ll Do
Connect with clients through scheduled phone calls and virtual appointments
Build rapport and learn about each client’s needs and priorities
Explain available benefit options clearly and confidently
Answer questions and help clients understand the information provided
Guide clients through the process and assist with appropriate next steps
Deliver a professional and positive experience during every interaction
Follow up with clients who require additional information or assistance
Maintain accurate and organized client records
Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and team development
Collaborate with team leaders to strengthen skills and improve the client experience
What We’re Looking For
Previous industry experience isn’t necessary. We’re looking for motivated individuals who are dependable, comfortable communicating with people, and willing to learn.
Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills
Friendly, professional, and client-focused approach
Comfortable speaking with people and answering questions
Strong organization and time-management abilities
Self-motivated and capable of working independently
Willingness to learn, accept coaching, and develop new skills
Basic computer proficiency and comfort with virtual communication tools
Customer service, sales, insurance, hospitality, or other client-facing experience is an asset but not required
Must be legally authorized to work in Canada or the United States
