We are seeking a detail-oriented, reliable, and efficient Data Entry Specialist to join our operational support team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining critical information across our internal databases and client systems. You will play a key role in ensuring high data integrity, streamlining records management, and supporting day-to-day administrative workflow. Key Responsibilities Data Input & Maintenance: Collect, verify, and input customer, candidate, and operational data into company databases, CRMs, and spreadsheets with high accuracy. Data Verification: Review source documents for errors or missing information and resolve discrepancies with team members before input. Records Organization: Organize and index digital records, ensuring data is properly categorized and easily retrievable. System Management: Perform routine database audits, cleanup, and deduplication to maintain high data quality and system integrity. Reporting Support: Assist in compiling, formatting, and generating regular operational and administrative reports. Confidentiality: Maintain strict compliance with data privacy, confidentiality protocols, and company security standards. Qualifications & Skills Experience: 1 3+ years of experience in data entry, administrative support, or office operations. Speed & Accuracy: Fast and accurate typing skills (minimum 50+ WPM preferred) with strong attention to detail. Software Proficiency: Hands-on experience with MS Office (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs); familiarity with CRM/ATS software is a plus. Communication: Clear written and verbal communication skills. Time Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage repetitive tasks efficiently while meeting deadlines.
