We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Technical Product Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will bridge the gap between product strategy, data analysis, and technical implementation. You will work closely with Product Managers, Software Engineers, and business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze product performance, define technical specifications, and ensure successful product delivery. Key Responsibilities Requirements Gathering & Documentation: Translate high-level business requirements into detailed user stories, technical specifications, workflow diagrams, and acceptance criteria. Product Analytics & Insights: Analyze user behavior, feature adoption, and product performance metrics using analytics tools and SQL to drive data-informed product decisions. Cross-Functional Alignment: Serve as the technical point of contact between non-technical stakeholders and engineering teams during sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release cycles. API & System Specifications: Define system integrations, API requirements, and data mapping specifications for software features. User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Coordinate and perform UAT to ensure new features and system updates meet technical specifications and user expectations before release. Competitive & Market Research: Conduct technical competitor analysis and benchmark feature functionality to support product strategy and roadmap planning. Qualifications & Skills Experience: 3+ years of experience in product analysis, technical business analysis, or systems analysis within a software engineering environment. Data Skills: Strong SQL skills for querying relational databases and analyzing product data; experience with product analytics platforms (e.g., Mixpanel, Amplitude, Google Analytics). Technical Acumen: Solid understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC), APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud environments. Documentation & Tooling: Proficiency with Agile project management and documentation tools (Jira, Confluence, Figma, Lucidchart). Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field. Experience in high-growth SaaS, health-tech, or enterprise software environments. Familiarity with wireframing tools and user interface (UI/UX) design workflows.
