Dog Daycare Driver

Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable, safety-conscious, and dog-loving Driver to transport our canine guests safely to and from our daycare facility. You will be the face of our business during morning pickups and afternoon drop-offs, providing friendly customer service to pet owners and maintaining a calm, stress-free environment for the dogs in transit.

Requirements
Class 3 driving license. At least 2 year of driving experience

Key Responsibilities

  • Safe Transportation: Drive company vehicles to safely transport dogs between their homes and the daycare facility on scheduled routes.

  • Pet Care & Handling: Safely load, secure (using crates, seatbelts, or barriers), and unload dogs of all breeds, sizes, and temperaments.

  • Client Communication: Greet pet parents professionally, manage home access (keys, lockboxes, garage codes), and provide brief updates on pickup/drop-off status via our app or text.

  • Vehicle Maintenance: Inspect the vehicle daily, report maintenance needs, ensure proper fuel levels, and sanitize dog crates and interior seating between routes.

  • Route Management: Follow GPS schedules and route management software to ensure timely pickups and deliveries while adapting to traffic conditions.
