This is a junior to mid-level position. To succeed in this role, we imagine that you have:

A relevant master's degree, for example in business administration, digital business, information systems, or a related field.
1 to 4 years of relevant professional experience.
Experience in a business analysis, consulting, data, or digital role, or a demonstrated track record of structured problem-solving in comparable work.
Full professional fluency in English (mandatory).
The ability to turn input from users and stakeholders into clear, well-documented requirements for a development team.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving, facilitation, and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex topics into clear, compelling narratives.
Strong analytical and structured thinking, with a high standard of accuracy and attention to detail in documentation.
Strong knowledge of the AI landscape (LLMs) and familiarity with ML concepts, including a practical understanding of prompt engineering.
Hands-on experience with generative AI tools and a practical understanding of their applications and limitations.
The confidence to ask probing questions of colleagues at all levels and challenge assumptions constructively.

Advantageous:

Familiarity with Agile ways of working and backlog management tools.
Working knowledge of data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or Power BI.
Experience with enterprise AI assistants such as Microsoft Copilot, or other large language model tools.
Experience in adoption, change management, training, or internal communications.
Knowledge of responsible and compliant AI use in an enterprise setting.
