Duration: 10 Months 8 Days - Contract Openings: 1 Deadline: 08/27/2026 Description: ***Remote (Candidates must currently reside in Indiana) We are seeking an experienced Senior QA Analyst to lead testing initiatives and ensure software applications meet high standards of performance, security, and functionality. In this role, you will act as a technical QA expert, partner closely with development teams throughout the software lifecycle, and drive quality improvements across enterprise systems. Key Responsibilities • Testing & Execution: Plan, lead, and execute end-to-end testing across complex IT systems and applications to ensure all functional and technical requirements are met. • Technical Leadership: Serve as a subject matter expert on QA best practices, test automation strategies, and testing frameworks. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner directly with software development, infrastructure, operations, and security teams across all development phases. • Change Management: Administer change control and release management workflows to ensure defect-free software deployment. • Test Data Management: Create, manage, and maintain complex test datasets to support comprehensive test scenarios. • Process Improvement: Perform in-depth workflow analysis to identify bottlenecks and recommend modern QA procedures and standards. • Documentation & Training: Prepare detailed test plans, defect logs, test summary reports, user manuals, and QA training curriculum. • Reporting: Track testing progress, defect metrics, and quality KPIs, delivering regular status reports to project leadership. Qualifications • Extensive professional experience in enterprise software quality assurance and test execution. • Proven track record leading test efforts across the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). • Strong background in test case design, complex test data creation, and defect tracking. • Experience with change control administration and release readiness validation. • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional communication skills.
