Warm. Delicious. Delivered. Insomnia Cookies specializes in delivering warm, delicious cookies right to your door - daily until 3 AM.
Insomnia Cookies operates as a retail bakery chain with primarily in-store and location-based roles. In 2023, the company faced significant workplace concerns when a class-action lawsuit alleged wage theft and problematic management conduct. As a PE-backed company, the organization has focused on growth and product innovation, including the 2021 CookieLab concept featuring customizable cookies and a milk bar experience. Limited public information is available about overall cultural values and employee experience beyond reported workplace concerns.
